Xtreme Impact trips are lead by Team Leaders and Missionary Mentors. 

Team Leaders are hand-selected by the Director of Xtreme Impact and are highly trained for their specific trip. They are experienced adults skilled in leadership and familiar with the logistics necessary to direct a mission trip. Leaders are former or current Liberty University staff or faculty members, or are affiliated with Liberty University. Team Leaders direct the Missionary Mentors.

Missionary Mentors are Liberty University students chosen for their spiritual maturity, small group leadership skills, and ability to support their team leadership. Missionary Mentors personally disciple a group of 4-7 high school students of the same gender before and during their Xtreme Impact mission trip.
